Spanish Classes for Littles

Parent/Child Spanish Class
For children ages 0-5.  Come learn Spanish with your little one while having fun and getting to know other families!  Through music, movement, and stories, your child will be exposed to the sounds of the Spanish language and age-appropriate vocabulary with which to begin (or continue) their language journey.  Both native-speaking families and those who are new to the language are welcome to join us!    

We are so much more than just a Spanish class, though!  Each session also includes:
*fine and gross motor activities
*arts and crafts
*sensory activities
*making new friends!

Drop-Off Style Class for 3-5 Year Olds
​All the amazing features of our Parent/Child Class but in a drop-off style as we encourage independence in our younger learners.

Homeschool Spanish Immersion Classes

/orBeing bilingual has so many advantages!  And participating in an immersion-style class at a younger age makes becoming bilingual that much easier!

We offer classes for preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students of all ability levels - those who are new in their language learning as well as those who are already fairly fluent due to being a native speaker or due to previous participation in an immersion program.  Through targeted vocabulary-building activities as well as cross-curricular lessons, our students grow their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.  

Classes run September-May.  

​We are partnered with the following homeschool partnership programs: Hamilton, Niles, Grand Haven Area Public Schools, West Ottawa, LAMP, Saugatuck, and iCademy.

Summer Spanish Camps

Our camps offer continued language learning and reinforcement during the summer months.  Come have fun and meet new friends while preventing that dreaded "summer slide!"

It's never too late to learn! 

Did you take Spanish when you were in school and are wanting to brush up on your skills?  Are you interested in learning Spanish for the first time as an older student?  We'd love for you to join us!

Fall 2024 Adult Class
Beginner Level
Every other Monday at 5:30-6:30pm.
Sept. 9 - Nov. 18, 2024
$25/in-person week.

Intermediate Level
Every other Monday at 5:30-6:30pm.
Jan. 6 - April 14, 2025
$25/in-person week.

Beginner/Intermediate Level
Tuesdays at 5:30-6:30pm.

Private Tutoring
​for Kids and Adults

If your child is currently enrolled in an immersion program and could use a little extra support with reading, writing, and/or oral language skills, we would love to help!

Is your child currently taking Spanish at a public or private middle school, high school, or college and could use extra support?  We can help with that as well!

Does our class schedule not work with your family's homeschooling schedule?  We are happy to find a time for one-on-one sessions.

SI Parent Support Class

             
​This class is for parents whose children are currently enrolled in a Spanish Immersion (SI) program.  Come learn some Spanish and some teaching strategies that you can use to more confidently support your child's reading and learning at home.
